The Gujarat Public Service Commission (GPSC) has announced a major recruitment drive for State Tax Inspector (STI), Class-3 positions under Advertisement No. 27/2025-26. This opportunity aims to strengthen the state’s tax enforcement and administration under the Department of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Gujarat Value Added Tax (VAT). A total of 323 vacancies have been released for candidates possessing a Bachelor’s Degree, computer proficiency, and knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi. Selected candidates will initially receive a fixed salary and later be placed in Level-7 pay scale.
