FSNL Recruitment 2025 for 50+ Assistants, Operators, Technicians, Supervisors and Other Posts
FSNL Private Limited, a key player in scrap management and associated operations within steel plants, has announced the recruitment of 50 Non-Executive positions across various operational and maintenance departments under Advertisement No. 02/2025. These posts are offered on a fixed-term contract basis and are available at FSNL units located in Rourkela, Burnpur, Bhilai, Bokaro, Visakhapatnam, Durgapur, Salem, Nagarnar, and Hyderabad. The vacancies include positions such as Supervisors, Assistant Foremen, Operators, Assistants, Technicians, and more. Candidates with qualifications ranging from ITI and Diplomas to Graduation and relevant experience can apply online through the FSNL website and must email their application to hr@fsnl.co.in by 24th July 2025.
Supervisors (Operation): Diploma in any stream with 5 years of relevant experience.
Assistant Foreman (Mechanical/Electrical): Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Automobile with 5 years’ experience.
Assistant (F&A): Graduate in Commerce with 5 years’ experience.
Assistant (MM): Diploma/Graduate in Material Management with 5 years’ experience.
Assistant (P&A): Diploma/Graduate in any discipline with 5 years’ experience.
MRP Senior Operator: ITI with 1 year of experience.
Operators (Crane, Excavator, Tipper, Loader): 10th/ITI with valid HEME/HMV license (2 years old) and 1 year of experience.
Mechanic: ITI in Automobile/Fitter/Mechanical with 1 year experience.
Electrician: ITI in Electrical with 1 year experience.
Welder: ITI in Fitter/Welding with 3rd party welder certification and 1 year experience.
All candidates must have at least 60% marks in qualifying exams.
Salary
PS-1: ₹25,070 per month
PM-0: ₹27,080 per month
PS-6: ₹27,710 per month
Additional Benefits: Conveyance Allowance, Provident Fund, Ex-Gratia, and other FSNL-permitted benefits
