Fertilizer Corporation of India Limited (FCIL), a Government of India Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, has announced the recruitment of Young Professionals on a contract basis across various disciplines. FCIL operates fertilizer plants in Joint Venture mode at Ramagundam, Sindri, Gorakhpur, and Talcher and seeks dynamic, qualified professionals in Finance, Company Secretary, Accounts, and other roles. Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Finance: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Works Accountant (ICWA)
• Company Secretary: ICSI qualified
• Accounts: B.Com graduate
• Others: As per discipline-specific requirements in the official notification
• Desirable: Experience or higher qualifications relevant to the applied field

Age Limit

• Must be below 35 years as of 20 January 2026

Contract Period

• Initial appointment for one year, extendable as per performance and requirement

Salary

• ₹60,000 per month at most locations
• ₹45,000 per month for Noida
• ₹30,000 per month for Sindri, Gorakhpur, Ramagundam, and Korba
