Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Court Assistant: Must have a Bachelor’s degree OR be a retired employee (JA, Typist, Steno-Typist, etc.)
- Court Attendant: Must have passed 7th or 10th Class. Higher than 10th is disqualified. Retired LGS staff eligible.
Age Limit (as on 31 January 2026)
- Minimum: 18 Years
- Maximum: 42 Years
Age Relaxation
- SC/ST/BC: 5 Years
- Retired employees: Not eligible if over 65 or removed/dismissed/retired medically or compulsorily
- Must provide service certificate from last officer served
Other Requirements
- Local/Non-local proof as per Presidential Order, 1975
- No TA/DA will be given
Selection Process
- Document Scrutiny: Based on application and certificates
- Shortlisting: If applications >20 per post, shortlist by marks
- Interview: If required, shortlisted candidates will be called
- Final Appointment: Contractual basis only
