ANM : 10th pass + ANM training + Registered with State Nursing Council.Staff Nurse : GNM or B.Sc. Nursing + Registration.Pharmacist : 10+2 with Science + Diploma in Pharmacy + Registration with Jharkhand Pharmacy Council.Data Manager : Degree with PGDCA/BCA/B.Sc IT + experience in relevant field.Clinical Psychologist : PG in Psychology + M.Phil in Clinical Psychology.Psychiatric Social Worker : PG in Mental Health or Psychiatric Social Work.STS/STLS/DMC-LT/TBHV : Degree/Diploma in relevant field + computer skills + driving license (for STS/STLS).
