Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University (DBRAU), Agra has announced a recruitment drive for 53 faculty positions across multiple departments. The university is inviting applications from qualified Indian nationals for the posts of Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor on a regular basis. Candidates with qualifications as per UGC 2018 Regulations / AICTE 2019 / PCI norms including Ph.D., NET, and teaching/research experience are eligible to apply. The online application process began on 23 January 2026 and will close on 15 March 2026. However, the hard copy of the application must reach the university by 25 March 2026. Education

Candidates must fulfill the eligibility criteria as per UGC Regulations 2018 / AICTE 2019 / PCI norms. This includes:

• Professor: Ph.D. in relevant subject with minimum 10 years of experience and requisite publications.
• Associate Professor: Ph.D. with minimum 8 years experience and scholarly publications.
• Assistant Professor: Master’s Degree with 55% marks and NET or equivalent qualification/Ph.D.

Salary

Monthly remuneration will be as per UGC / AICTE / State Government pay scales applicable to the respective positions.

Age Limit

Age limit will be as per UGC / AICTE norms. Refer to the detailed notification for post-wise conditions and relaxations.

• ₹3000 for General/OBC candidates
• ₹2500 for SC/ST candidates
• Fee is to be paid online through the application portal
