Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University (CSJMU), Kanpur, has announced direct recruitment for 54 Faculty posts across various disciplines. These include vacancies for Professors, Associate Professors, and Assistant Professors to be filled on a regular basis. This is a great opportunity for qualified candidates holding a Master’s Degree with Ph.D. and teaching/research credentials as per UGC norms. Eligibility Criteria

Education & Experience

• Professor: Ph.D. + minimum 10 years of teaching/research + 10 publications + PG with 55%
• Associate Professor: Ph.D. + minimum 8 years of teaching/research + 7 publications + PG with 55%
• Assistant Professor: PG with 55% + UGC NET/SLET/SET or Ph.D. under UGC norms

Age Limit

As per UGC norms / University rules. Age relaxation applicable for reserved categories as per government regulations.

Salary

Pay Scale as per UGC Regulations (7th CPC) along with applicable allowances.

• Phase-I: Academic score + API Score + Written Test (Subject Knowledge)
• Phase-II: Teaching Skill Assessment + Interview
  Final merit list will be prepared based on combined performance across both phases.
