College of Defence Secunderabad Recruitment 2026 for 8 Civilian Motor Driver, Cook, MTS and Steno Grade-II Posts

The College of Defence Management (CDM), Secunderabad, under the Indian Army, has released the CDM Recruitment 2026 notification for the recruitment of 8 civilian posts. The vacancies include Civilian Motor Driver (Ordinary Grade), Cook, Multi-Tasking Staff (Office & Training), and Steno Grade-II positions. Eligible candidates with qualifications ranging from Matriculation to 12th pass with relevant skills and experience can apply through offline mode. Selected candidates will receive salaries under Pay Level 1 to Level 4 of the 7th Central Pay Commission. Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must meet the educational qualification and age requirements prescribed for the respective posts.
• Age relaxation for SC, ST, OBC, PwBD, Ex-Servicemen, and other categories will be applicable as per Government of India rules.
• The age limit will be calculated as on the closing date of application submission.

Salary

• Multi-Tasking Staff (Office & Training): ₹18,000 – ₹56,900 per month (Level-1)
• Civilian Motor Driver (Ordinary Grade): ₹19,900 – ₹63,200 per month (Level-2)
• Cook: ₹19,900 – ₹63,200 per month (Level-2)
• Steno Grade-II: ₹25,500 – ₹81,100 per month (Level-4)

Age Limit

• Civilian Motor Driver (Ordinary Grade): 18 to 27 years
• Cook: 18 to 25 years
• Multi-Tasking Staff (Office & Training): 18 to 25 years
• Steno Grade-II: 18 to 27 years
• Age relaxation is applicable as per Central Government rules.

Post-wise Skill Test

• Driver: Heavy vehicle driving test
• Cook: Practical trade test
