Experience

• Total Experience: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience
• Relevant Experience: At least 5 years in:
  • Energy sector
  • Startup ecosystems
  • Innovation and entrepreneurship support
  • Incubation program management

Salary

• ₹1.5 to ₹2.0 lakhs per month (based on experience and qualification)

Key Skills and Competencies

• Strong knowledge of startup incubation, deep-tech, energy innovation
• Experience with fund management in government/startup ecosystems
• Proven ability in strategic partnerships, fundraising, and resource mobilization
• Familiarity with procurement, audit, financial compliance
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with boards, mentors, investors, and founders
• Strong analytical and documentation abilities
• Excellent command of English (written and verbal)
