CMSS Recruitment 2025 for Managers, Assistant General Manager and Other Vacancies

    The Central Medical Services Society (CMSS), functioning under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, has released Advertisement No. Admn/RECT/4/2025-ADMIN-CMSS/d announcing recruitment for four contractual positions. These include posts of Assistant General Manager (Procurement, Logistics & Supply Chain, and Finance) and Manager (Legal). CMSS is a central procurement agency responsible for the efficient supply and distribution of quality medicines and health sector commodities across India.     Eligibility criteria and requirement

    Candidates applying for Assistant General Manager posts should not be older than 45 years, while applicants for the Manager (Legal) post must not exceed 40 years as on 4th August 2025. The recruitment is purely on a contractual basis and will follow CMSS norms in terms of tenure, renewal, and evaluation.

    Education

    • For Assistant General Manager (Procurement, Logistics & Supply Chain, Finance): Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in fields relevant to the respective domain, such as Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Procurement.
    • For Manager (Legal): A Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) is typically required, along with relevant legal experience in contract and regulatory matters. Experience in a public health or government sector setting will be an added advantage.

    Salary

    The monthly consolidated remuneration is ₹1,00,000 plus Provident Fund (PF) for Assistant General Manager posts, and ₹50,000 plus PF for the Manager (Legal) position.

    Age Limit

    The upper age limit is 45 years for Assistant General Manager posts and 40 years for Manager (Legal) as on 4 August 2025. Age relaxations are not specified in the notification.

    Selection Process
