Eligibility Criteria

Manager (Finance & Accounts)

• Qualification: Full-time first class degree from a recognized university with CA / ICWA / SAS (Commercial)
• Experience:
  • At least 8 years of relevant post-qualification experience
  • Minimum 3 years in Pay Level-11 or 8 years combined in Pay Level-10 & 11 (Govt/PSU/Universities/Autonomous Bodies or equivalent private sector)
• Essential Skills:
  • Govt. financial rules, budgeting, cost accounting, finalization of accounts, audit, funds management
  • Computerized accounting (Tally, MIS, ERP)
• Age Limit: Up to 45 years (relaxation for SC/ST/OBC and outstanding candidates)

Manager (Technical)

• Qualification (any one of the following):
  1. Full-time first class M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical / Chemical / Polymer Technology with 8 years experience in polymers/plastics
  2. Ph.D. in Engineering / Science / Technology with 6 years experience in polymers/plastics
• Experience:
  • At least 3 years in Pay Level-11 or 8 years total in Pay Levels 10 & 11
  • Candidates from Central/State Govt/PSUs/Universities/Research Institutions can apply on Deputation basis
• Essential Skills:
  • Technical expertise, shop floor & business development, leadership
  • Knowledge of quality systems (ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001, Six Sigma)
• Age Limit: Maximum 45 years as on 26 January 2026

Salary

• Pay Matrix Level 12: Basic ₹78,800 + applicable allowances (as per 7th CPC)

The Central Institute of Petrochemicals Engineering & Technology (CIPET), an autonomous institution under the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Government of India, has released a recruitment notification for 13 vacancies at its Mysuru campus.
