Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

For technical posts, candidates must possess a full-time first-class B.E. or M.Tech degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Polymer Technology, or a Ph.D. in Engineering, Science, or Technology from a recognized institution. For the Manager (P&A) post, candidates must hold a graduation degree with at least 55 percent marks along with an MBA, PGDM, or postgraduate qualification in Public Administration from a recognized university or institute.

Salary

Selected candidates will be appointed under the 7th Central Pay Commission pay matrix. Manager (Technical) and Manager (P&A) posts carry Level-12 pay with a basic salary of ₹78,800 per month, while the Senior Technical Officer post carries Level-11 pay with a basic salary of ₹67,700 per month, along with DA, HRA, and other admissible allowances.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit is 45 years for Manager posts and 40 years for the Senior Technical Officer post. Age relaxation will be applicable as per Government of India norms.
