Office of the Commissioner of Customs (General), Chennai under the Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, Government of India, has released a notification for 10 Group C Non-Gazetted posts including Tradesman, Seaman and Greaser in the Customs Marine Wing. Candidates with 10th pass qualification along with ITI or relevant experience in marine/engineering fields can apply for these posts. The recruitment offers pay levels under Level-1 and Level-2 as per 7th CPC. The application process is offline and candidates must ensure eligibility before applying. Halwai Cum Cook: Pay Level 3 – ₹21,700 to ₹69,100
Assistant Halwai Cum Cook: Pay Level 2 – ₹19,900 to ₹63,200

Relaxation:
Central Govt Civilian Employees: Up to 40 years
