The CSIR-Central Electrochemical Research Institute (CECRI), Karaikudi — a leading national laboratory under the Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR) — has released Advertisement No. 03/2025 inviting applications for the recruitment of 15 Scientist posts. Salary

• Pay Level: Level-11 (7th CPC)
• Total Emoluments: ₹1,19,424/- approx. per month (includes HRA and allowances)

Age Limit (as on 12.01.2026)

• Upper Age Limit: 32 years
• Relaxation:
  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC (NCL): 3 years
  • PwBD: 10 years (additional for reserved categories)
  • Ex-Servicemen: As per Govt. of India rules
