BESCOM Recruitment 2026 For 520+ Graduate And Diploma Apprentice Posts
Bangalore Electricity Supply Company Limited (BESCOM), a major power distribution company in Karnataka, has released Apprentice Recruitment Notification 2026 for engagement of 520 Graduate and Technician (Diploma) Apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961 for the year 2025-26. The apprenticeship training will be for one year and is open only to candidates belonging to Karnataka State who have completed their Degree or Diploma from recognized institutions in Karnataka. This recruitment provides an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain practical industry exposure in the power distribution sector. The online application process through the NATS portal commenced on 12 February 2026 and will close on 02 March 2026. Selection will be purely merit-based followed by document verification.

Salary
- Graduate Apprentice: ₹ 9,008/- per month
- Technician (Diploma) Apprentice: ₹ 8,000/- per month
The stipend will be paid as per Apprenticeship norms.
Age Limit
Minimum age should be 18 years as per Apprenticeship Rules. No upper age limit specified, subject to Apprenticeship Act provisions.

Selection Process
Selection will be based on:
- Shortlisting based on marks secured in qualifying examination
- Document Verification (In Person)
Merit list will be prepared based on academic performance.
