BEML Recruitment 2026 Detailed Notice Out: Apply to 10 Non-Executive Vacancies by September 8

• BEML has announced 10 tenure-based Non-Executive vacancies for candidates with a three-year Polytechnic Engineering Diploma.

BEML Limited, a Government of India undertaking under the Ministry of Defence, has invited online applications for 10 Non-Executive positions on a tenure basis. Candidates with a three-year full-time Polytechnic Engineering Diploma in specified electronics, electrical, instrumentation or related disciplines can apply through the BEML careers portal until 6:00 PM on September 8, 2026.

The engagement can continue for a maximum of four years and carries basic pay of Rs. 23,910 per month along with applicable Dearness Allowance, HRA and other specified benefits. Candidates will be selected primarily on their performance in a Computer Based Written Test, followed by document verification and a pre-employment medical examination.

BEML Non-Executive Recruitment 2026 Notification

BEML released the recruitment notification on August 18, 2026 under Draft Advertisement No. KP/S/14/2026. The recruitment covers 10 tenure-based Non-Executive positions, with reservation provided for SC, OBC, EWS and UR categories.

BEML Non-Executive Vacancy 2026

The 10 positions include six unreserved vacancies, two for OBC candidates and one each for SC and EWS candidates.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess a three-year full-time Polytechnic Engineering Diploma in any one of the following disciplines:

• Electronics & Communication
• Electrical & Electronics
• Instrumentation
• Industrial Electronics
• Mechatronics

The diploma must be a regular course completed from an AICTE/DCTE-approved college or institution.

Candidates are required to have First Class with at least 60% aggregate marks. The minimum qualifying marks are relaxed by 5% for SC, ST and PwD candidates.

Eligibility regarding educational qualification and other prescribed conditions will be determined as on September 8, 2026.

Age Limit

The upper age limit varies according to the candidate’s category and will be calculated as on September 8, 2026.

PwD candidates must have a minimum of 40% disability to claim the applicable relaxation.

BEML Non-Executive Salary and Benefits

Selected candidates will receive basic pay of Rs. 23,910 per month. Dearness Allowance will be paid at applicable rates, stated as 55.7% at the time of the recruitment details.

HRA will apply where company quarters are not provided.

Application Fee

GEN, EWS and OBC candidates are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 200. SC, ST and PwD candidates are exempted.

BEML Non-Executive Selection Process

Selection will be based on a Computer Based Written Test carrying 100 marks. The test will have 100 multiple-choice questions and a duration of two hours.

Each correct answer will carry one mark and there will be no negative marking.

The qualifying standard is 60%, with a relaxation of 5% for SC, ST and PwD candidates. Final merit will be determined purely on marks secured in the written examination.

Candidates will subsequently be called for document verification in order of merit and limited to the number of notified vacancies. Those clearing document verification must undergo a pre-employment medical examination before the final offer.

Eligible candidates attending document verification can claim Sleeper Class/II Class train fare or bus fare by the shortest route, subject to producing proof of travel.

Important Dates

Tenure and Posting

The engagement is on a tenure basis for a maximum period of four years. Appointment under this recruitment does not provide candidates with a right to claim regular employment with BEML.

Either party can terminate the engagement by providing one month’s notice or pay in lieu of notice as applicable.

Selected candidates can be posted to any BEML manufacturing complex or business location, and requests for changes in posting will not be entertained.
