AYCL Recruitment 2025 for Engineers, Assistant Managers and Other Posts
Andrew Yule & Company Limited (AYCL), a Government of India Enterprise, has announced a recruitment drive for the engagement of eligible professionals for 03 contract-based engineering positions in its Engineering Division. The available posts include Engineer/Assistant Manager (Design) and Assistant Engineer/Deputy Engineer (Quality Control). These roles are based at the AYCL unit in Kalyani, West Bengal, and will be filled through an interview-based selection process. Engineer/Asst. Manager (Design): Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Production/Manufacturing Engineering with minimum 2 years (E1) or 3 years (E2) of post-qualification experience.
Asst. Engineer/Dy. Engineer (QC): Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 2 years (S2) or 4 years (S3) of relevant post-qualification experience.
Salary
Engineer/Asst. Manager (Design): ₹0.64 lakh (E1) or ₹0.80 lakh (E2) per month
Asst. Engineer/Dy. Engineer (QC): ₹0.42 lakh (S2) or ₹0.45 lakh (S3) per month
Age Limit (as on 28.07.2025)
Engineer/Asst. Manager (Design): Max 32 years (E1), 37 years (E2)
Asst. Engineer/Dy. Engineer (QC): Max 38 years (S2), 40 years (S3)
