Required professional experience varies by post from 7 to 16 years depending on the seniority level.

- Additional Chief Manager (IT): ₹ 90000 – 240000/-
- Deputy Manager (Contracts & Materials): ₹ 60000 – 180000/-
- Assistant Manager (Civil): ₹ 50000 – 160000/-
