The Artificial Limbs Manufacturing Corporation of India (ALIMCO), a Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India, has announced a recruitment drive for 10 Apprentice vacancies for the year 2025. The engagement is for one year under the Apprentices Act, 1961, and offers hands-on training opportunities in technical trades at ALIMCO’s Auxiliary Production Centre located in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. Candidates holding ITI or Diploma qualifications in relevant trades can apply offline. The application process starts on 11th November 2025, and the last date for submission is 12th December 2025.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• ITI Holders:
  • 10th pass with Science and Math (minimum 50%) under 10+2 system or equivalent
  • NCVT / SCVT certificate with minimum 50% marks in relevant trade
• Diploma Holders:
  • 10th pass with Science and Math (minimum 50%)
  • Full-time diploma in a relevant trade with minimum 50% marks from an institute approved by AICTE/UGC/Government
• Candidates who have already completed or are currently undergoing apprenticeship training under the Apprentices Act are not eligible.

Salary

• As per Apprentices Act, 1961 (stipend applicable for ITI and Diploma Apprentices)

Age Limit (As on 01/11/2025)

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 25 years
• Relaxation: As per Government of India norms

Selection Process

1. Interview (as per ALIMCO guidelines)

3. Tie-breaker Rules:
   • Preference to older candidates
   • If age same, preference to earlier date of passing High School exam
   • Reservation as per Apprenticeship Rules, 1992
   • Consideration of ALIMCO employee dependents

1. Download the application form and notification from the ALIMCO website starting 11th November 2025
2. Register:
   • ITI holders: apprenticeshipindia.gov.in
   • Diploma holders: nats.education.gov.in
   • Mention the portal registration number and attach its printout with the application
3. Fill the offline application form completely and attach:
   • Self-attested photocopies of 10th certificate, ITI/Diploma certificate, age proof, caste/category certificate (if applicable), and other supporting documents
4. Send via Speed/Registered Post only to:
