AI Engineering Services Limited (AIESL) has announced 11 vacancies for Regional Security Officer and Assistant Supervisor (Security) on a Fixed Term Employment basis. Candidates must send the prescribed application and supporting documents by post, Speed Post or courier so that they reach the company by November 3, 2026, at 5:00 PM.

The openings comprise one Regional Security Officer position in Chennai and 10 Assistant Supervisor positions across four cities. The Assistant Supervisor vacancy in Chennai is exclusively for women, while those in Trivandrum, Mumbai and Kolkata are exclusively for men.

Graduates meeting the relevant aviation security certification, supervisory experience, language and physical requirements can apply. Residual Assistant Supervisor vacancies may be filled from graduate freshers or ex-servicemen. AIESL will also prepare a wait list for future requirements.

Vacancy Details

Educational Qualification and Experience

Regional Security Officer

Applicants must hold a graduate degree in any discipline from a recognised university, with a minimum course duration of three years. They must be able to speak Hindi and English and be conversant with the local language.

A valid BCAS Basic AVSEC certificate under the latest 13-day course pattern is mandatory. The certificate must have at least three months’ remaining validity as on December 1, 2026. Candidates also need five years of security supervisory experience.

Assistant Supervisor — Security

Applicants must meet the same graduation, language and BCAS Basic AVSEC certificate requirements, along with one year of security supervisory experience.

Residual vacancies will be filled from graduate freshers or ex-servicemen, subject to the applicable recruitment conditions. Candidates applying through this route should check the detailed notification for the requirements relevant to them.

Preferred Qualifications

Preference-related qualifications include valid BCAS XBIS Screener certification, firefighting proficiency, industrial security and disaster management knowledge, unarmed combat, legal knowledge, familiarity with MS Word and the internet, and an NCC “B” or “C” certificate.

For Regional Security Officer, knowledge of administrative functions, AEP Guidelines 2022 and report writing is also desirable.

Age Limit and Physical Standards

Age will be assessed as on October 1, 2026.

The upper age limit is relaxable by five years for SC/ST candidates and three years for OBC candidates. Ex-servicemen will receive relaxation under the applicable rules.

A height relaxation of 2.5 cm applies to SC/ST candidates and candidates from North Eastern or hilly states, subject to the required domicile proof where applicable.

Salary and AVSEC Allowance

The amounts are stated as all-inclusive remuneration. Candidates qualifying the BCAS Basic AVSEC course will receive an additional AVSEC allowance of ₹2,000 per month from the date of qualification for the period their certificate remains valid, under the prescribed conditions.

The fee must be paid through a Demand Draft drawn in favour of “AI Engineering Services Limited”, payable at New Delhi.

Selection Process

Candidates who prima facie satisfy the eligibility conditions will be called for a written test followed by personal interaction.

Selected candidates must bear the cost of the pre-employment medical examination.
