WBSSC Assistant Teacher Admit Card 2025 Released for 35,726 Posts
West Bengal School Service Commission (WBSSC) has officially released the admit card for the Assistant Teacher Recruitment 2025, covering a massive intake of 35,726 posts. This recruitment drive was conducted to fill vacancies across Classes IX–X and XI–XII in government-aided schools of West Bengal. Candidates with graduation, post-graduation, and B.Ed. qualifications were eligible to apply from 16 June to 21 July 2025. The written examination is scheduled in two phases—07 September 2025 for Classes IX–X and 14 September 2025 for Classes XI–XII. The admit card is now available from 15 August 2025. Applicants are advised to download their admit cards promptly and verify all information well in advance of the exam.

For the WBSSC Assistant Teacher Recruitment 2025, candidates applying for Classes IX–X must have completed their Graduate or Post Graduate degree with at least 50% marks in any stream from a recognized university, along with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or a 4-year integrated B.A. Ed/B.Sc. Ed degree from an institution recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education. For Classes XI–XII, applicants must possess a Post Graduate degree with at least 50% marks in any stream from a recognized university. The selection process will be conducted through a Written Exam, followed by an Interview, Document Verification, and a Medical Examination. All candidates should carefully read the official notification before applying to ensure they meet the required criteria.
