The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has officially declared the UPSC Geo-Scientist Pre Result 2026 for the Combined Geo-Scientist Examination 2025. This recruitment examination was conducted to fill 85 vacancies across different scientific positions including Geologist, Geophysicist, Chemist, Scientist B and Assistant level posts in government departments dealing with geological and earth science research.
The online application process for UPSC Combined Geo-Scientist Recruitment 2025 started on 03 September 2025 and concluded on 23 September 2025. The preliminary examination was conducted on 08 February 2026 at various examination centres across India. Following evaluation of the exam papers, UPSC has now declared the preliminary result on 02 March 2026.
