Life Insurance Corporation of India has released the interview letter for Assistant Administrative Officer (AAO) and Assistant Engineer (AE) recruitment 2025 on its official website. Candidates who cleared the mains examination can now download their interview call letter for the final selection stage. Life Insurance Corporation of India conducted this recruitment drive to fill a total of 841 vacancies for Assistant Administrative Officer (Generalist and Specialist) and Assistant Engineer posts across various departments. The online application process was conducted from 16 August 2025 to 08 September 2025. The preliminary examination was held on 03 October 2025 and the mains examination took place on 08 November 2025. The mains result was declared in February 2026 and candidates who qualified are now eligible to appear for the interview round. The interview letters for the final selection stage were released on 09 March 2026.

Candidates applying for LIC AAO and AE posts must possess a Bachelor’s degree in relevant disciplines depending on the specialization. Engineering degree holders are eligible for Assistant Engineer posts while candidates with professional qualifications such as CA, CS, Law, Actuarial or Insurance specialization are eligible for specialist AAO roles.
The selection process for LIC AAO / AE recruitment includes preliminary examination, mains examination and interview stage. Candidates who qualify in the mains examination are called for the interview which carries 60 marks. Final selection will be based on combined performance in the mains examination and interview followed by document verification and medical examination.
