The Bihar Police Subordinate Services Commission (BPSSC) has released the marks for the post of Assistant Sub Inspector (Steno) for recruitment Advt. No. 01/2024. This recruitment drive was launched for 305 posts and invited 12th pass candidates with typing and computer proficiency. Applications were accepted from 17 December 2024 to 17 January 2025, and the selection process included Prelims, Mains, Typing Test, and a Final Merit List. The eligibility test was held on 15 and 17 April 2025, and now the individual marks of candidates have been uploaded on 27 September 2025. - Passed Class 12th (Intermediate) from a recognized board
- A 1-year Computer Diploma Certificate
- Hindi shorthand typing speed of 80 WPM
- Hindi and English typing speed of 30 WPM (300 words in 10 minutes)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet use
