AAI Junior Executive Recruitment 2025 Announced With Salary Up To ₹1.40 Lakh, No Exam; Apply By 27 September

AAI has opened new vacancies for Junior Executive roles in Architecture, Civil, Electrical, Electronics, and IT. Graduates in relevant disciplines with a valid GATE score can apply online. Selection will be done without a separate written exam, and the pay scale goes up to ₹1.40 lakh per month (E-1 scale) with allowances. Online registration starts on 28 August 2025 and closes on 27 September 2025.

Who can apply?

Eligibility for AAI Junior Executive

For Architecture, candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and be registered with the Council of Architecture, with GATE paper code AR from 2023, 2024, or 2025. Civil Engineering applicants require a BE/BTech in Civil with GATE CE for any of the same three years. Electrical Engineering candidates need a BE/BTech in Electrical with GATE EE. Electronics applicants must have a BE/BTech in Electronics/Telecommunication/Electrical with specialization in Electronics and GATE EC. For Information Technology, a BE/BTech in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/IT/Electronics or an MCA is acceptable with GATE CS from 2023, 2024, or 2025.

What’s the Salary?

Selected Junior Executives (Group B, E-1) will receive a pay scale of ₹40,000–3%–₹1,40,000. In addition to basic pay, employees are eligible for dearness allowance, 35% of basic pay as perks, house rent allowance, and other benefits such as CPF, gratuity, social security schemes, and medical facilities as per AAI rules.

What’s the Age Limit?

The upper age limit is 27 years as on 27 September 2025. Relaxations apply as per government norms: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (non-creamy layer), and 10 years for PwBD candidates. The same cut-off date applies for all eligibility conditions.

AAI Junior Executive Application Fee

The application fee is ₹300 for most candidates, payable online via internet banking, debit card, or credit card. SC/ST, PwBD, female candidates, and AAI apprentices who have successfully completed one year of apprenticeship training are exempt from paying the fee.

Selection Process for AAI Junior Executive

There is no separate AAI written examination. Shortlisting is based on valid GATE scores from 2023, 2024, or 2025 in the relevant paper. Candidates who meet all eligibility criteria and submit their online application within the window will be considered for further stages, including application/document verification, the schedule for which will be intimated separately.
