IOCL Recruitment 2025: Apply Online for Graduate & Diploma Engineers, Salary Up to ₹1.6 Lakh
Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), a Maharatna CPSE and Fortune Global 500 company, has released two major recruitment notifications for Engineers (Graduate Engineers) and Junior Engineers (Diploma Engineers) under its SPRINT initiative. The recruitment aims to strengthen IOCL’s workforce in key technical areas as the company expands into Oil, Gas, Petrochemicals, and Emerging Energy Solutions.
IOCL, India’s largest energy major, is inviting applications from energetic and passionate Indian nationals for positions in multiple engineering disciplines. Salary
- Graduate Engineers: ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000/- per month (IDA Pay Scale)
- Junior Engineers (Diploma Engineers): ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000/- per month (IDA Pay Scale)
In addition to the basic pay, employees will also receive allowances and benefits applicable to CPSE employees.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate Engineers: Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Chemical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering from a recognized institute with the required percentage of marks.
- Junior Engineers: Full-time Diploma in Chemical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institute.
- Age Limit: Details regarding age limits and relaxations will be provided in the detailed advertisement.
Selection Process
The selection process for both categories is expected to include:
- Written Examination (Computer-Based Test)
- Skill/Proficiency/Physical Test (SPPT)
- Document Verification and Medical Examination
Final selection will be based on performance in CBT and SPPT.
