Goa Shipyard Limited (GSL), a Government of India undertaking and a Mini Ratna Company, has issued Advertisement No. 07/2025 to recruit Junior Project Executives on a fixed-term contract basis. A total of 30 vacancies are available under this recruitment drive across Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, and Civil engineering streams.

The engagement will be initially for a period of three years, extendable by one more year based on organizational requirements and individual performance. The online application process is active from 25th August 2025 and will continue until 24th September 2025 (5:00 PM).

Salary

Selected candidates will be offered a consolidated monthly pay:

₹45,000 in the 1st year
Up to ₹55,000 in the 4th year (if extended)

The salary will be enhanced annually based on performance and extension.

Age Limit (as on 31st July 2025)

UR/EWS: 32 years
OBC-NCL: 35 years
SC/ST: 37 years
Age relaxation applicable as per Government of India rules.

Selection Process

The selection will be based on:

Written Test – 85% weightage
Group Discussion/Interview – 15% weightage
