Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has invited applications from retired or soon-to-retire professionals for the position of Advisor in Property Development. This position offers a monthly salary of Rs 1,65,000 and is open to candidates aged between 55 and 62 years. The contractual appointment will be for six months, extendable based on performance and project requirements. Applications must be submitted offline and reach the DMRC headquarters before 22 August 2025. The initial tenure will be six months, with the possibility of extension depending on performance and project needs.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must hold a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Additionally, candidates should have held senior-level positions in government or private sector organizations, with experience in business development projects, the real estate sector, contract management, and dealings with government or regulatory bodies. Knowledge of working in a computerized environment is essential. Those still working in government or PSU roles may also apply but must retire through VRS or other means before joining.

As of 1 August 2025, the minimum age requirement is 55 years, and the maximum is 62 years.
