Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Manager Sales: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
Officer Agriculture Sales: Four-year graduation degree in Agriculture or related fields like Horticulture, Veterinary Science, Dairy Science, Food Science, Agricultural Biotechnology, etc.
Manager Agriculture Sales: Same as above with additional relevant work experience.

Experience

Candidates should possess 1 to 3 years of relevant experience depending on the post.

Age Limit

Manager Sales & Officer Agriculture Sales: 24 to 34 years
Manager Agriculture Sales: 26 to 42 years
Reserved category candidates will receive age relaxation as per government rules.

Salary Structure

The salary will be provided as per the grade level:

JMG/S-I Scale: ₹48,480 – ₹85,920 per month
MMG/S-II Scale: ₹64,620 – ₹93,960 per month

In addition to the basic pay, selected candidates will be entitled to allowances and benefits as per Bank of Baroda’s policies.
