Post Qualification
Chief of Properties & Monetization Officer – CPO (1) Bachelor’s degree (B.E. / B.tech in Civil Engineering). Candidates holding Masters of Business Administration (MBA full time from B School/Premiere institute preferred)/Post Graduate, having studied subjects such as assets management/real estate/civil engineering, will be preferred.
Chief of Personnel & Administration – CPA (1) Masters of Business Administration (MBA full time from B School/Premiere institute preferred) with specialization in Personnel/HR/IR or its equivalent Post Graduate Master’s Degree (2 years course) /Diploma with core subjects like Personnel Management/Human Resources/IR. The candidates having Legal qualifications Bachelor of Law (LLB)shall be preferred.
Deputy- Chief Finance Officer – DCF (1) Qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India Or Cost Accountant from Institute of Cost Accountants of India. Should be a member of the Institute of Chartered Accounts of India or a member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India.
